Hi, I’m Sarah. I founded Scully & Goodman (S&G), a female and veteran owned business in 2022 with a vision of providing homeowners personal and affordable property management services that deliver memorable experiences to guests and tenants. I am an avid traveler who understands the impact a host can make on a guest’s experience. As an Army Veteran who has lived all over the United States, I recognize the importance of having a trustworthy management company as a renter and a homeowner. Combining both perspectives, S&G delivers short term and long-term property management, as well as a variety of other services for homeowners and experiences for guests.

Your first step in becoming a client is to get in touch with us. We can set up a phone call or meeting to get to know each other and begin the consulting process to establish your needs as a property owner.
CONSULT
Once we have gotten in touch, we will set up a consultation to go over your needs and the needs of your property. From there, we will create a tailored quote for you and make sure all your needs are taken care of.
ONBOARD
During onboarding, we will walk you through every step. Taking property photos, intaking all information needed to maintain your bookings or host your event, and more will be covered. This process sets us up for success.
MAINTAIN
Sit back and relax while we take care of everything for you and your property. You will have a direct line of communication with us for anything you need - but don't worry, we've got you covered so you can live your life.
